The purchase contract is concluded with Paddle. Ordering, payment, invoicing, VAT, withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy.
2.2 Use of the products is governed by these terms, in particular by the licence in section 4. By purchasing or downloading, you accept these terms.
2.3 The prices shown at the time of purchase apply. Payment is one-time; no subscription is created.
3. Products and delivery
3.1 The products are digital files: PowerPoint templates (.pptx), example presentations with fictitious data (.pptx), guides (.pdf) and data models (.xlsx). The content of each product is described on the respective product page.
3.2 After successful payment, you receive download links on the confirmation page and by e-mail. For security reasons, the links are valid for a limited time. If they no longer work, we will send you new links on request.
3.3 The products are made for Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel 2016 or later (Windows and Mac). Other programs may open the files; display and functions may differ there.
3.4 The templates are written in English.
4. Licence

- using, presenting and sharing presentations and documents created with them without restriction, for example with the board of directors, advisory board, investors, banks and employees
- consultants may use the templates in work for their clients and hand over the finished documents to them
4.3 Not permitted:
- selling, renting, sublicensing, giving away or otherwise passing on the products or parts of them as templates, samples or data models, in original or edited form
- making them available in template libraries, marketplaces, courses, training materials or publicly accessible repositories
- using them to train artificial intelligence systems
- removing copyright and source notices in the guides
4.4 Group companies, portfolio companies or clients of a consultancy each require their own licence for their own use of the templates.
4.5 All rights to the products not expressly granted remain with cturn.
5. Free sample
You may use and edit the free sample for your own use. Section 4.3 applies accordingly to passing it on and publishing it.
6. Warranty
6.1 We deliver the products as described on the product page. If files are damaged or incomplete, or cannot be opened with the specified software, we provide a replacement. If this is not possible, the purchase price is refunded in accordance with the refund rules.
6.2 The products are working aids. All example data is fictitious. The products do not constitute legal, financial, tax or business advice. You are responsible for the content you create with the templates and for decisions based on it.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. Liability for indirect and consequential damage, in particular loss of profit, is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain reserved.
8. Data protection
How we process personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may change these terms for future purchases. A purchase is governed by the version published at the time of purchase.
